Proposed Activities in Thoroughfares & Public Places & Trading Amendment Local Law 2026

Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance proposes to make the Activities in Thoroughfares & Public Places & Trading Amendment Local Law 2026.

The Purpose of the Amendment Local Law is to amend the Activities in Thoroughfares & Public Places & Trading Local Law 2025.

 The Effect of the Amendment Local Law is to amend Clause 6.1 and Schedule 1 of the Activities in Thoroughfares & Public Places & Trading Local Law 2025.

Copies of this Local Law can be obtained from the Shire of Esperance Administration Office, Windich Street Esperance, between the hours of 8.30am and 4.45pm, Monday to Friday, or from the Shire of Esperance website here.

Submissions about the proposed local law may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Esperance, PO Box 507 Esperance WA 6450 by 4.00pm Monday 20 July 2026.
