Procurement - Shire of Esperance
Thank you for your interest in working with the Shire of Esperance. We obtain procurement and tendering via an online e-procurement website known as Tenderlink. We use this website to publish opportunities such as tenders, quotes, requests for proposals and expressions of interest and manage the procurement process through to contract award stage.

To use this system and to access the public tenders you must first register at illion TenderLink | Join Australasia's largest tender marketplace As a registered supplier, you can receive email notifications of any new tenders, download the documentation electronically free of charge and participate in forums to seek clarification or to ask questions.
To use this system and to access our procurement opportunities being published, you must first be a registered provider. Once confirmed as a registered provider, you:
- Will receive email notifications when new procurement opportunities are published in relevant categories;
- Can download and view our associated procurement documentation electronically;
- Will be able to submit bids and responses through our secure e-tender box facility
To ensure your tender is received before the closing deadline, we strongly recommend that you allow sufficient time to upload your tender application file(s). You will receive a receipt of application via email when you have successfully submitted your application. If you do not receive a receipt, we recommend you retry the upload.

All tender submissions may only be lodged electronically here prior to the closing date and time. Hard copy, facsimile or emailed tenders will not be accepted.
