Panel of Prequalified Suppliers

The Shire of Esperance intends to establish panels of pre-qualified suppliers (Panel) for the 2026/27 financial year, in the following categories:

 

0676-26 - Building Services

The panel will be for a variety of building services for the following subcategories: Plumbing, Electrical, Glazing, general Labour/Handyman, Painting, Fire Services, Mechanical/Air-conditioning, Waste Removal and Disposal, Pest Control, General Cleaning, Test and Tag and RCD Inspection Services, Automatic Door Services.

 

0677-26 - Gravel Supply

This panel will be for the supply of gravel.

 

0678-26 - Parks & Reserve Maintenance

The panel will be for variety of parks and reserves maintenance for the following subcategories: Chemical Spraying, Fencing Construction & Maintenance, Mowing Services, Coastal Infrastructure Construction & Maintenance, Horticulture Maintenance, Roadside & Reserve Vegetation Management, Coastal Rehabilitation Works Crew and Tree Maintenance Services.

 

0679-26 - Plant Hire

The panel will be for the following subcategories: Dozer, Grader, Trucks and Trailers, Loaders, Scrapers, Water Tanker and Trailers, Low Loaders, Stabiliser Equipment, Rollers, Excavators, Skid Steers and crushing equipment.

 

0680-26 - Professional Services

The panel will be for a variety of professional services for the following subcategories: Drafting Services, Environmental Services and Land Surveying Services.

 

0681-26 - Traffic Management

The panel will be for traffic management services

 

0682-26 - Wild Dog Control

The panel will be for a variety of wild dog control.

 

0683-26 - Workshop Services

The panel will be for a variety of workshop services for the following subcategories: Automotive Electrical, Automotive Air Conditioning, Mechanical Repairs (in workshop and mobile), Emergency Service Appliance Mechanical Repairs and Welding and Fabrication.

Interested parties are hereby invited to submit an application to join any or all of the Pre-Qualified Supply Panels in accordance with the following:

 

Application packages are available by registering your details via the Shire’s e-Procurement portal at

www.tenderlink.com/esperance

 

Applications MUST be submitted electronically via the Shire's e-Procurement portal before the Deadline. Applications submitted by facsimile, email, post or hand delivery of documents will not be accepted.

 

The Deadline for submitting Applications is 2.00pm AWST, Thursday 14 May 2026.

Applications do not need to apply for all categories under any panel, applicants are welcome to apply for just one category (e.g. mowing services only). Applicants are also encouraged to apply multiple times for one category, if applicable (e.g. dozer hire, multiple models).
