Standing Orders Local Law 2015 Review

Pursuant to Section 3.16 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance proposes to review the Standing Orders Local Law 2015 to determine whether or not it considers that this law should be repealed or amended.

Copies of this Local Law can be obtained from the Shire of Esperance Administration Office, Windich Street Esperance, between the hours of 8.30am and 4.45pm, Monday to Friday, or from the Shire of Esperance website, here.

Submissions about the proposed local law may be made to the Chief Executive Officer, Shire of Esperance, PO Box 507 Esperance WA 6450 by 4.00pm Monday 24 August 2026.
