Outdoor Sporting Reserve Bookings
The Shire of Esperance manages several sporting reserves and ovals that are available for sporting, community and school activities.

Casual Hire of Sporting Reserves
Casual Hire is suitable for one-off or short-term use of a reserve, including:
- School carnivals
- Community events
- Sporting clinics
- Training camps
- Special matches
- Other occasional activities

Seasonal Hire of Sporting Reserves
Seasonal Hire is available for sporting clubs and associations requiring regular use of a reserve throughout a sporting season.
When completing the application, please identify the reserve(s), days, times and season dates required. Competition fixtures may be provided as supporting information but are not required as part of the booking request.
Reserve Availability
From April to September, during the football season, Esperance Oval, Gibson Oval, Newtown / Condingup Oval and Ports Oval are generally allocated to football activities on Saturdays and weekday evenings.
Alternative reserve areas may still be available for casual hire. Where no suitable alternative reserve is available, the Shire may assist applicants to liaise with the relevant sporting club regarding possible shared use arrangements.

Indoor Sports Facilities
The Bay of Isles Leisure Centre manages bookings for:
- Esperance Indoor Sports Stadium
- Graham "Macka" Mackenzie Stadium
- Noel White Centre
