Disposal of Property

In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following properties;

Property - Old Hospital, The Market Village, Portion Lot 100 Dempster Street Esperance

Party Involved - Benjamin Kowal, Anna Macneall

Term - 5 years

Consideration - $11,911.90 inc GST per annum, subject to annual CPI increases

Market Value - $187/m² inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res # O0726-095, being $11,911.90 inc GST per annum for 63.7m²
