Extension of Temporary Road Closure - Fisheries Rd between Daniels Rd and Alexander Rd
The Shire wishes to advise that the closure of Fisheries Rd between Daniels Rd and Alexander Rd will be extended due to forecast inclement weather this week.
Fisheries Rd is currently closed between Daniels Rd and Alexander Rd. This closure is now extended till 10 June 2023.
The current detour will remain the same.
Previous information:
The road closure is required due to reconstruction and widening of the road and due to the continual damage to survey pegs in the worksite from large over-width plant travelling through the roadworks. Traffic management and signage will be in place.
Only local traffic access to properties within the work zone will be available during these times. Detours will be in place from Daniels Road onto Merivale Road and Alexander Road.
