No, our funding states that we can only promote volunteer opportunities.
I want to volunteer, but I don't know how to start or where. Can you assist me?

Are you able to do monetary donations for our organisation to run an event?
Monetary donations are not something that we have funding for unfortunately. Our equipment hire program is our way to make events for non-profits more affordable in lieu of financial contributions.
Can you help me find a work experience placement?
First, we will define the difference between Volunteering and Work Experience.
Volunteering is an unpaid, voluntary service for the common good, and specifically does not include internships, compulsory community service, or formal work placements - even if they are unpaid.
Work experience or vocational placements are unpaid learning opportunities tied to education or career development, where the learner is expected to receive mentorship, training, and outcomes - not services provided to the community.
We’re not able to organise formal work experience or placement programs as this isn’t part of our role or funding. However, we’d love to support you in finding a volunteer role that matches your interests and goals. Volunteering can be a great way to gain new skills, build confidence, and contribute to your community - many people find it a valuable part of their personal and professional development.
