If you are looking to order a new bin, change your service or report a damage or missing bin, please complete an online form below.

To order a new bin or change your service please review the tables below to see the different options for general waste (green) and recycling (blue) bins and the associated fees per annum. (If you change during the year the fee will be calculated on a pro rata basis).

Please note requests can take up to 10 working days to process, but missing bins or a new service will be prioritized. Complete the form below to request a new bin.
