Esperance Museum Conditions of Entry
- While in the Museum, you:

- enter at your own risk and acknowledge that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Shire of Esperance (Shire/We) is not responsible for any loss, damage, harm or injury arising from your entry to the Museum;
- must comply with any direction from staff, and abide by any signage in the Museum;
- must ensure children under 16 years of age are accompanied by an adult and are actively supervised at all times; and
- must conduct yourself, and ensure any children in your care similarly conduct themselves, in a manner which does not interfere with, disrupt or offend other persons or engages in inappropriate behaviour which may result in injury to themselves or others.
- While in the Museum, you must not:

- run, climb exhibits or use furniture for anything other than its intended use;
- smoke, eat or drink;
- touch, or in any other way, interfere with collection objects or displays, unless indicated.
- Animals, other than registered assistance animals, are prohibited.
- You agree to pay for any loss or damage to the Museum or the Museum’s facilities caused by you through a wilful, wrongful or negligent act or as a result of breaching these conditions of entry.
- We reserve the right to:

- exclude or remove any person for any reason;
- inspect any bag or object, while you are at the Museum;
- use closed-circuit television security cameras throughout the Museum; and
- change these conditions of entry without notice.
