Disposal of Property Notice

In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following properties;

Property – Portion of Lot 100 Dempster Street described as The Old School Masters Residence, Museum Village.

Party Involved – Bistro Louis Pty Ltd  

Term – 2 years with a 3-year further term  

Consideration - $16,360.96 Inc GST per annum

Market Value - $16,360.96 Inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res #O0524-056

 

Property – Lot 2112 Helms Drive, Pink Lake, Reserve 45368

Party Involved – Amplitel Pty Ltd

Term – 5 years with 3 x 5 year further term options

Consideration - $6,600 Inc GST per annum

Market Value - $6,600 Inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res #O0524-062

Council Plan Adopted

Council adopted the 2024 revision of the Council Plan 2022 – 2032 at the May 2024 Ordinary Council Meeting. A copy of the document is available on the Shire website www.esperance.wa.gov.au or a hard copy can be requested at the Administration Building on Windich Street.
