Anne Bertin-Hugault
French pianist and singer
After completing literary studies, Anne Bertin-Hugault was awarded her piano prize at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Lyon (France). She continued her studies at the Mozarteum de Salzburg (Austria) with Hans Leygraf and Wolfgang Brunner (fortepiano), then at the Université de Montréal (Canada), and finally with the French pianists Anne Queffélec and Jean-Claude Pennetier.
Upon returning to France, she developed a strong interest in research, focusing particularly on the contemporary composers György Ligeti and Maurice Ohana, as well as medieval ars musica, during her Master’s degree in musical culture. She further deepened her knowledge of Gregorian chant at the Gregorian Choir School of Paris, from which she graduated.
Accompaniment and chamber music are integral parts of her artistic activity. She earned Master’s degrees in these disciplines at the Conservatoire National Supérieur de Musique et de Danse de Paris. Among many concerts, she regularly performs with her brother Luc Bertin-Hugault, bass, and with soprano Marianne Croux, with whom she made the world premiere recording of Douze chants de Bilitis by Rita Strohl for the Hortus label in 2022. The recording was awarded five stars by Classica magazine. Since 2016, she has also collaborated regularly with the Orchestre des Champs-Élysées and the Collegium Vocale Gent (conducted by Philippe Herreweghe). Since 2025, she has accompanied the vocal classes at the Notre-Dame de Paris School.
Following her diploma in classical voice studies, she specialized in the so-called “sacred” repertoire, notably the music of Hildegard von Bingen, which she discovered in her early higher-education years thanks to the medievalist singer Anne Delafosse. She devoted a recording to this composer for the Rocamadour Musique sacrée label. On this occasion, she founded the ensemble Oriscus, bringing together musicians and singers from diverse backgrounds to explore the wide repertoire of plainchant. Anne is also a member of Ensemble Ô, a vocal octet in residence at Mont-Saint-Michel. With its singers, she recorded three critically acclaimed albums, under the Rocamadour Musique sacrée label and ADF label.
She teaches accompaniment and piano at the Institut d’Études Supérieures Musicales Europe-Méditerranée.

Ingrid Riollot
Guitarist
With a career defined by sensitivity, Franco Australian guitarist Ingrid Riollot has established herself as a compelling voice in the international classical guitar scene. Her performances are characterised by an elegant "French touch" a sophisticated blend of lyrical phrasing and a rich, colorful palette of sound.
While she has performed across Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas, and Oceania, Ingrid remains dedicated to the intimate essence of her instrument. She views each recital as a shared journey of discovery and connection with her audience. To achieve her signature depth of tone and projection, Ingrid performs exclusively on a Greg Smallman & Sons guitar, an instrument renowned for its innovative craftsmanship and power.
Beyond the concert stage, Ingrid is a distinguished professor and a champion of new music. Having served for 20 years as the Head of the Guitar Department at several conservatories in France and Switzerland, she brings profound expertise to the next generation of musicians. This pedagogical background informs her frequent collaborations with contemporary composers as she actively works to expand the guitar’s modern repertoire.
Whether performing a major concerto or an intimate solo work, Ingrid Riollot shares the versatile voice of the guitar with a grace that honors the silence between the notes as much as the music itself. She continues to travel the world as a soloist, educator, and artistic director, bridging cultures through her artistry and dedication to beauty.
