Disposal of Property - Toowacka Campsite

In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following property; 

Property – Toowacka Campsite, Lot 457 South Coast Highway Monjingup

Party Involved – Dabungool Cultural Experiences

Term – 5 years

Consideration - $110 inc. GST per annum

Market Value - $110 inc. GST per annum as determined by Council Res # O1125-065
