Adopted Local Law

Pursuant to Section 3.12 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance has resolved to adopt the Health Amendment Local Law 2026.

The purpose of the Local Law is to amend the Health Local Law 2025.

The effect of the Local Law is to amend Clause 5.12(2)(d) and Schedule 1, Item 6 of the Health Local Law 2025.

Copies of this Local Law can be obtained from the Shire of Esperance Administration Office, Windich Street Esperance, between the hours of 8.30am and 4.45pm, Monday to Friday, or from the Shire of Esperance website, here.

This local law was gazetted on 10 March 2026 and will come into operation on 25 March 2026.
