BUSH FIRES ACT 1954
PART III PREVENTION OF BUSH FIRES
SECTION 18 - RESTRICTED BURNING TIME (POSTPONED)
Pursuant to Section 18 Bush Fires Act 1954 the Shire of Esperance advises due to seasonal conditions it will postpone the commencement of its Restricted Burning Time.
Restricted Burning Time will commence on Wednesday, 1 October 2025 for ALL ZONES.
Please note: The Shire of Esperance encourages all Landowner/Occupiers carrying out any burning off activities upon their land, to please log their activities by calling DFES Communications on Ph: 08 9395 9209. This will assist with volunteer resources unnecessarily responding to private burns, mistaken as a reported fire.
