In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following property;

Property - Old Doctor’s Surgery, The Market Village, Portion Lot 100 Dempster Street Esperance

Party Involved - Nikki Amin Starr

Term - 5 years

Consideration - $5,666.10 inc GST per annum, subject to annual CPI increases

Market Value - $187/m² inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res # O0226-043, being $5666.10 inc GST per annum for 30.3m²
