In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following property;

Property – Old Chemist Shop, Museum Village Part Lot 100 Dempster Street Esperance

Party Involved – David Ashley

Term – 5 years

Consideration - $7,855.60 inc. GST per annum

Market Value - $164/m2 inc. GST per annum as determined by Council Res # O1125-064
