A Harvest Vehicle Movement Ban is in place for ALL ZONES in the Shire of Esperance until further notice.
Wylie Bay Waste Facility is closed.
The Total Fire Ban remains in place until midnight tonight.
The following activities are not permitted during the Harvest & Vehicle Movement Ban period;
- Any off-road activity is banned (driving cars, ATV’s or motorbikes), unless it is for agricultural purposes or work being conducted by business, industry, and public authorities. All it takes is one spark on a bush track
- Harvesting
- Operating drill rigs/machinery
- Clearing vegetation
- Slashing road verges
- Lawn mowing services by businesses or local governments.
