In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following property;

Property - Old Sinclair House Museum Village, Part Lot 100 Dempster Street Esperance

Party Involved - Amanda Thomas

Term - 5 years

Consideration - $12,398.40 Inc GST per annum, subject to annual CPI increases

Market Value - $164/m2 Inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res # O1225-101, being $12,398.40 Inc GST per annum for 75.6m2
