Disposal of Property

In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to lease the following property;

Property - Old Matron’s Quarters, The Market Village, Portion Lot 100 Dempster Street Esperance

Party Involved - Skye Jordan

Term - 5 years

Consideration - $18,363.40 inc GST per annum, subject to annual CPI increases

Market Value - $187/m² inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res # O1225-101, being $18,363.40 inc GST per annum for 98.2m²
