Amendment - Disposal of Property - Old Methodist Church, The Market Village

It has been identified that the incorrect rental rate was noted in the disposal of property notice published in the Kalgoorlie Miner on 04/04/2026 concerning the 5 year lease for Benjamin and Jodie Kowal at the Old Methodist Church in The Market Village, portion lot 100 Dempster Street. The correct rate in accordance with the March 2026 council meeting resolution is as follows –

Market Value - $164/m² inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res # O0326-059, being $16,072.00 inc GST per annum for 98.0m²
