What is the Council Plan?
The Council Plan is the Shire’s strategic blueprint for the next 10 years. It sets priorities, goals, and actions to ensure every decision, dollar, and service reflects what the Esperance community values most. It’s now time for its four-yearly review. Thanks to insights from the 2025 Community Scorecard, we have a strong foundation. Now we’re checking in to make sure we’ve got it right.

Why It Matters
The Council Plan is the instruction manual for Council and Shire staff. It guides daily work and is reported monthly through Ordinary Council Meeting agendas and minutes. By getting involved now, you help set the direction for how we serve the community.
