2023-2024 Fees and Charges
The 2023-2024 Fees and Charges were adopted by Council at the May 2023 Ordinary Council Meeting. The Shire of Esperance 2023-2024 Budget was adopted at a Special Council Meeting on 1 August 2023, and these are now the current Fees and Charges.

Primary & Annual Return Register
In accordance with new regulations in the Local Government (Administration) Regulations 1996 (gazette 6 November 2020) which requires:
- The name of each council member who lodged a primary return or annual return for a financial year beginning on or after 1 July 2020;
- The position of each employee who lodged a primary return or annual return for a financial year beginning on or after 1 July 2020;
