Customer Service Awards
The prestigious Neville Mulgat Customer Service Award
The Neville Mulgat Customer Service Awards are given to employees of the Shire of Esperance who have displayed consistent exceptional service in their role or going beyond their call of duties.
Members of the community are welcome to nominate any Council employee by obtaining a nomination form from one of these locations:
- Shire Administration Building
- Esperance Public Library
- Bay of Isles Leisure Centre
- Visitor Centre
- Civic Centre
- Esperance Home Care
- Council Depot.
Nominations may be entered at any time all year round. The judging panel will collect and assess the nominations once a year and individual or team winners will be awarded at the end of the year.

The award is named after Mr. Neville Mulgat who was employed by the Shire of Esperance for many years. Neville demonstrated extra-ordinary dedication during his time of employment and is a fine example to follow.
