The Shire of Esperance, in conjunction with the Department of Sport and Recreation, engaged A Balanced View (ABV) Leisure Consultancy Services to conduct the Shire of Esperance Sports Facilities and Services Plan.

Disability Access and Inclusion Plan

The Disability Access and Inclusion Plan highlights Council's commitment to ensure that people with disabilities are recognised and acknowledged within our community and have the same rights as other people to access local government services and utilise public facilities.

Age Friendly Community Report

Age Friendly Communities Report – “The Plus 55 Community Project”,  identifies how Esperance could be improved as an age-friendly community.

Youth Friendly Community Report

The Youth Friendly Communities Report identifies how Esperance can be more Youth Friendly.

Esperance Coastal Hazard Adaptation Strategy

This report presents the Shire of Esperance Coastal Hazard Adaptation Strategy (CHAS) for Esperance Bay, the 10.5km strength of coast comprising the Town Centre & Foreshore, Castletown, Flinders, Bandy Creek & Surrounds and Wylie Head.

Community Waste Strategy 2018-2023

The Shire recognises the opportunity to improve its waste management practices to achieve more sustainable outcomes, which has led to the development of this Community Waste Strategy.
