In accordance with Section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995, the Shire of Esperance gives public notice of its intention to increase the lease area of the following property;

 

Property – Hangar 8, Esperance Airport

Party Involved – Scott Mackie and Darren Rogers

Term – Expires 30/06/2025

Consideration - $1,209.35 Inc GST per annum

Market Value - $1,209.35 Inc GST per annum as determined by Council Res #O0824-024
