Notice pursuant to Schedule 6.3 of the Local Government Act 1995 requiring payment of the outstanding rates or service charges.

To: Merchant Overseas Logistics Pty Ltd

Notice is hereby given that the sum of $2,859.71 has been owing to the Shire of Esperance for a period of 3 years for rates and service charges in respect of the land described below and unless payment is made of the sum of $15,642.70 within 3 months from the date of this notice the local government will, pursuant to section 6.64 of the Local Government Act 1995, offer the land for sale by public auction at a time and place appointed by the local government.

Shire of Esperance - Fees and Charges

The following new charges are applicable from 30 August 2021:

Esperance Tanker Jetty Timber - Grade 3

Deck plank                  $50 GST inclusive
Single stringer             $300 GST inclusive
Double stringer           $600 GST inclusive
Half cap                       $300 GST inclusive

Corporate Business Plan 2021/22 - 2024/25 Council have adopted the Corporate Business Plan 2021/22 – 2024/25 at the March 2021 Ordinary Council Meeting. A copy of the document is available here or a hard copy can be requested at the Administration Building on Windich Street. 24/03/2021  
Expression of Interest

Toowacka Campsite Management

The Shire of Esperance invites expressions of interest to lease the Toowacka Campsite located approximately 9km West of Esperance.

The site is utilised as a space to encourage leadership, life skills and team activities.
