Pre-Sale Property Reports and Copies of Approved Plans

The Pre-Sale of Property Report is designed to aid vendors when placing a property on the market.

Using a review of Shire records, it provides an overview of the property including:

  • Current Building Approvals
  • Potential compliance issues
  • Zoning
  • Special Control Area's (SCAs)
  • Septic/sewer connections
  • Bushfire Prone Areas
  • Copies of Approved Plans

An Application for Pre-Sale of Property Report & Copies of Approved Plans form must be completed, signed by the property owner and paid for prior to the Report being released.

 

Copies of Approved Plans may be requested by the Landowner.

Fees apply to obtain copies of plans and printing will incur additional charges.

An Application to Obtain Copies of Plans form must be completed, signed by the property owner and paid for prior to the any plans being released.

 

Fees are reviewed each financial year by Council and may be subject to change without notice.
