Open for Public Comment – Amendment No.6 to Local Planning Scheme No. 24
A Scheme Amendment has been prepared by the Shire of Esperance for the purpose of:
Amending Schedule 5 - Special Use Zone 3 (SU3) by replacing the description of land with 'Lot(s) 203, 204, 205 and 206 Orleans Bay Road, Condingup';
Amending Schedule 5 - Special Use Zone 3 (SU3) by inserting under Special Use 'Caravan Park' as a 'D' use;
Amending Schedule 5 - Special Use Zone 3 (SU3) by amending subclause b)(i) under Conditions by replacing 'dated April 2008' with 'Plan No. 22070-01'; and
Amending Schedule 5 - Special Use Zone 3 (SU3) by inserting under Conditions a new subclause under H) as follow:
'iii) The strata titling of a caravan park is not permitted.'
Plans and documents setting out and explaining Scheme Amendment 6 have been deposited at the Shire Office, Windich Street, Esperance and will be available for inspection during office hours, and will also be available on the Shire website www.esperance.wa.gov.au.
This Amendment is now in the advertising and public comment stage. Submissions on the Scheme Amendment may be made in writing and lodged with the Chief Executive Officer on or before 12 August 2020.
The end date will be 42 days from whenever the application is placed on the website.
