There is so much happening this weekend! Edge of the Bay is on this weekend and will be a fantastic end of year celebration for all ages! The event kicks off with RoadWise Community Yoga at 8am on Saturday at the Skate Park followed by RoadWise Community Breakfast at 9am. The Esperance leg of King of Concrete Skate Bowl Comp starts at 11am and runs all day. This is a great opprotunity to watch some local and visiting skaters carve it up, or even participate yourself! The Soundshell will be going off from 3pm with musicians Old Blood, Ruby May and Brayden Sibbald coming to town. Local artists Tom Clark, John Ratcliff, Rachel Vibart, Grand Casual and Rowan Donovan will also be producing some good tunes. The evening will be topped off with the lighting of the tree at 8pm. Unfortunately musician, Elli Schoen, will not be able to make it. There’ll be skate clinics at the Skate Park on Sunday morning from 9am and there’ll be markets at the Museum Village.
There will be free entry at the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre from 11am- 2pm to celebrate the end of the Archipelago Challenge and the start of the holiday season and the weekend will conclude with the Seniors Christmas Dinner. Come out and enjoy, there’ll be something for everyone!
