The Shire of Esperance offers a wide variety of properties to community and sporting groups, companies and individuals for lease.
These include the following categories;
Retail - including the Museum Village and Mobile Food Vans
Commercial - including the Airport and Caravan Park
Community - including service groups and community halls
Sporting - including clubs such as football, soccer, speedway, equestrian and RC cars
The Shire of Esperance may enter into a lease or licence with a third party over property owned or managed by the Shire of Esperance.
Any lease or licence will be subject to Council approval, and Department of Lands’ approval if located on a Reserve.
The Shire of Esperance has the following Council Policies in place with regard to leases;
COR 003 – Museum Park Buildings Leasing Arrangements.
COR 004 – Building and Property Leases
