An excellent opportunity exists at the Shire of Esperance for an experienced, dynamic professional to join the progressive team at the Shire of Esperance.
The position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and plays an integral role in the senior management team of the Shire. The position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to multi-disciplinary teams including –
* Information Technology
* Economic and Community Development
* Human Resources
* Corporate Administration
To successfully undertake the role, the successful applicant will have sound financial management experience, excellent interpersonal skills as well as previous experience in a management role.
The position offered is a performance based contract position of 3 to 5 years. A total remuneration package of between $189,000 to $195,000 (including superannuation, uniforms, mobile phone, communication allowance and provision of a Shire vehicle) will be negotiated with the successful applicant.
