Feedback, Complaints and Suggestions
The Shire of Esperance strives to deliver better customer service and encourages you to provide feedback. Whether you have a service request, wish to report a problem, a compliment or a complaint the Shire would like to hear from you. There are formal procedures in place to make sure your feedback is followed up. If required, you will be contacted with solutions, provided with a completed outcome or asked for further information. The Shire's Grievance Resolution Brochure can help you take the necessary steps to make a complaint and the Shire Customer Service Charter mandates time frames and information tracking to ensure all feedback is given due consideration and satisfactory outcomes are achieved.
Formal feedback, complaints or suggestions should be made in writing and addressed to the CEO. This can take the format of an email, letter or through the online form.
