The Community Christmas Pageant is an annual street parade of towed or self-propelled floats and walking groups made up of local businesses and community groups.
The parade is a way of celebrating the festive season in Esperance by way of public entertainment and celebration. It is a wonderful opportunity for local businesses, service clubs and schools to set up food stalls to raise money and awareness of their contribution to our community.
The pageant will take place at 4pm on Sunday December 8 in the centre of town.
Santa will attend the pageant and be available for photos after at Muesum Village.
You can post your letter to Santa at Santa’s Postbox that will be installed at the Museum Village on the afternoon of the pageant.
The Museum Village Markets will be happening in the morning and will also feature after the parade.
At 6pm the Soundshell will open, rug up and settle down with a picnic before you a treated with a special Moving Movies screening at 7pm.
