• Request for Temporary Adjustment to Retail trading Hours.

The Shire President has called a Special Council Meeting for Tuesday 7 February 2023 at 10:00am to be held in Council Chambers for the purpose of;

• Appointment of a Director External Services, and
• Purchase of staff housing

These itemd are confidential and will be discussed behind closed doors.

All community members are encouraged to attend and provide comments on the Annual Report.

Agenda Briefing Sessions are held once a month on the third Tuesday, one week before the Ordinary Council Meeting. 

Agenda Briefings are informal and not a decision making meeting, but an opportunity for the Councillors to gather further information by asking questions and discussing the agenda items. The public are invited to attend these sessions and encouraged to attend if they have an item of interest to themselves or a group they represent. Agenda Briefings give the public a chance to discuss items with Councillors and ask or answer questions. 

Council meet once a month, at 4pm on the fourth Tuesday for the Ordinary Council Meeting (OCM). This month, ANZAC Day falls on the fourth Tuesday of April - and therefore the OCM will be held the very next day, Wednesday the 26th April.
