Resilience Day Youth Camp

Resilience is the ability to bounce back regardless of the problems that we face. This ideally means we are able to respond to our problems rather than ‘react’. Our self esteem and mental health play a large role in whether we can respond to problems.
Join Adam from 'Armed For Life' to have some fun and gain a real life skill for life!!!!
