Conceived by award-winning choreographer Shaun Parker and digital sound designer Alon Ilsar, IN THE ZONE is not only fun and exciting dance theatre, but it also empowers young audiences to consider themes such as technology, man-made global warming, personal choice and resilience.

1927 is Known for timeless hits such as 'That's When I Think of You', 'Compulsory Hero', 'To Love Me', 'Scars', 'Don't Forget Me', and of course, 'If I Could', 1927 made a massive impact with the Quintuple Platinum selling album '…ish' in 1988, which earned the band a number of ARIA awards as well as a lot of fans along the way. 

Having followed up '…ish' with the multi platinum second album 'The Otherside', a self-titled third album, and countless live shows at home and abroad, the last couple of decades have earned 1927 legendary status as an icon of Australian Music. 



Beloved classics with Asher Fisch and Grace Clifford

WASO returns to Esperance this September, delivering a complete live symphony orchestra experience.

Upon his highly anticipated return to Western Australia, Principal Conductor Asher Fisch will lead a touring party of over 70 musicians to perform two great masterpieces by Sibelius and Brahms. One of Australia’s finest young violinists, Grace Clifford also joins the tour as soloist to perform Sibelius’ Violin Concerto.

Inspiring works will be delivered on the mainstage in Esperance, direct from Perth.

Margaret Fulton - The Musical

Esperance Civic Centre proudly presents a musical biography of a true Aussie legend based on her bestselling autobiography - the Margaret Fulton Musical.  Proudly supported by Lotterywest.

Margaret Fulton reigned supreme on our country’s cooking scene, awarded an OAM in 1983 and later identified as a National Living Treasure. The Margaret Fulton Cookbook encouraged Australian housewives to experiment with more interesting ingredients, straying from the old tradition of meat and three veg.


Great Gable

Off the back of a massive 2020 which saw them release their debut album Tracing Faces, hit #4 in the ARIA Vinyl Charts, spend weeks in the Top 10 most played songs on triple J and broadcast their first Live At The Wireless, Great Gable are back on the road in 2021 for a run of shows across Australia.  Joining them on the night are very special guests Supathick.


Pete The Sheep

Esperance Civic Centre presents A Monkey Baa Theatre Company production Pete the Sheep. Adapted for the stage by Eva Di Cesare, Sandra Eldridge & Tim McGarry. Based on the book by Jackie French and Bruce Whatley. Proudly supported by Lotterywest.

Adapted by Monkey Baa in 2014 from the picture book by Jackie French and Bruce Whatley, with foot-tapping music and lyrics by Phil Scott and comedic direction by Jonathan Biggins, Pete the Sheep is a lively and mischievous award-winning musical for young audiences and their adults.
