Do you know someone who makes our community a better place?

The Australia Day WA Community Citizen of the Year Awards enable local governments to recognise community champions.

The Awards reward and recognise individuals and organisations that have made a noteworthy contribution during the current year, and/or give an outstanding service over a number of years, to a local community over and above normal employment duties.

Outstanding contribution and community service includes areas such as; education, health, fundraising, charitable and voluntary services, business, sport, arts, the environment, or any other area that contributes to the advancement and well being of a community.

Click HERE to download a nomination form for the Esperance Citizen of the Year, Esperance Citizen of the Year - Senior, Esperance Citizen of the Year - Youth and Esperance Active Citizenship (Group/Event). 

Once you have printed the form, please complete and lodge at the Shire of Esperance Administration Office, or you can complete the nomination form online here.
