Council has adopted the Corporate Business Plan 2013/14 – 2016/17 which identifies the priorities of Council and details current services, future operations and projects that the Shire will deliver over the next four years.

The plan will activate community goals outlined in the Strategic Community Plan, 2012-2022 and guide the Shire’s operations and the delivery of services to the community. The plan is supported by a suite of informing strategies which outline the Shire’s current status and plans to meet future needs.

Shire of Esperance President Malcolm Heasman said the Shires commitment to Integrated Planning and Reporting would work towards achieving the best outcomes for Esperance.

"The development of the Shire of Esperance Corporate Business Plan marks an exciting stage in Esperance’s future. The Shire has done a fantastic job developing the Corporate Business Plan and Council looks forward to achieving the aspirations and goals of the community through its implementation and ongoing review," Councillor Heasman said.
