Copies of Building Plans

Residential and commercial building plans may be viewed upon request, however you will need to provide written consent from the property owner and appropriate fees before your request will be considered.

To view residential plans a fee of $20.00 applies while commercial plans attract a fee totalling $50.00, noting that photocopying is additional. These fees are reviewed each financial year by Council and may be subject to change without notice. An application to view and / or obtain copies of building plans must be completed, signed by the property owner and paid for prior to any plans being released.
