Building Disputes

If you are unable to amicably resolve a contractual or workmanship related dispute, be it with your client and / or builder, you can lodge a complaint with the Building Disputes Tribunal.

The Tribunal is an independent quasi-judicial body separate from the Builders Registration Board and provides a straightforward, inexpensive forum for adjudicating building disputes between builders and clients.
