LPS 23 Scheme Amendments

In order to keep Planning Schemes current, Scheme Amendments are continually undertaken, with the Scheme Amendment process being being governed by the Planning and Development Act 2005 and associated Regulations.

The amendments to LPS 23 and the current status of each amendments are as follows:
