Local Planning Scheme No. 23 Amendments

LPS 23 Scheme Amendments

In order to keep the Local Planning Scheme current, Scheme Amendments are continually undertaken, with the process being being governed by the Planning and Development Act 2005 and associated regulations.

The amendments to Local Planning Scheme No 23 and the current status of each are as follows:
