Sign Licence Information
A Sign Licence must be obtained prior to placing, constructing and maintaining any signage, however Shire of Esperance Local Laws Relating to Signs do provide some exemptions. A copy of the Local Laws Relating to Signs is available from the Development Services counter within the Shire Administration Building or can be downloaded from our Local Laws page.
Unless otherwise exempted by Local Laws or Local Planning Scheme No 23, most signage will require planning approval and a sign licence prior to any signage being placed, constructed or maintained on site.
